Placed an order, paid and didn't receive, contacted them after 2 weeks, had to re-order and then request refund, after 25 mins on the phone.ordered on the 17th November for a Christmas present, it was supposed to be dispatched 2 nd December, now dispatch 19th December, will it arrive before christmas?
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I Ordered a free coin and paid only for shipping ( the Highland cow coin) fast forward i noticed they had charged me £28.99. Upon checking the account they have took it upon themselves to sign me up to a new collection that I am being charged for. They state I agreed to this when I ordered my free coin. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. I have reported this to my bank and will be talking to trading standards. This kind of action should be illegal. Be very careful when dealing with this company.
I would have given zero if I could bought what I thought was Freddie Mercury coin, as shown on TV and magazine, with yellow jacket and red stripe on trousers, what arrived was what looks like a 50p coin. Rang to complain and after quite long wait, was told one with colour was £100 + Will not be buying from them again.
Do not deal with this company. I paid 3.99 for the Poppy pound.Staggered to find a month later they have stolen £26.49 from my account using my card details. They are sly and only exist by charging you for stuff you've never agreed too.They should be investigated and banned from trading.You have been warned!
