I ordered a coin, which looks FINE, but then learned that I'd apparently signed up for the indefinite future to receive one a month (or similar). When I attempted to remove my bank details, I couldn't, and just now I received a VERY dodgy-looking attachment (which I am NOT opening) from these people. They MIGHT be legit, but not putting money on it. Avoid, is my advice.
I ordered a poppy one pound coin, when the letter was delivered,it was already open and the coin missing. I emailed Westminster collection to ask for assistance to how I resolve the matter with royal mail and they sent out a new coin but also by first class, I received the coin this time and really happy how the dealt with it. There was also a letter explaining that they were sorry and that they have contacted royal mail and I may hear from them.
