Avoid this company at all cost

Not so great be very careful about sharing your bank details. I bought a few inexpensive coins for my son then was deluged with other non related coin collections coming through the post every few days for weeks amounting to hundreds of pounds. I contacted customer services on phone and email and asked not to send more as I don’t want them but they just kept on coming. Back and forwards to the post office returning them and paying recorded delivery charges. Think twice that’s all I can say but better to avoid at all cost’

I ordered the free badge and paid the postage, which I received.. next thing I knew I received a badge and display box, I didn’t sign up for a subscription.. please be careful when ordering anything from these people. I have since cancelled my subscription and returning the item.

Unprofessional Scam?

After ordering many coins of rather substantial, collective value, and only coins which were in stock, I received and email telling me that only part of the order was being despatched on Friday 5th December and to allow 4 working days. It's now a full week and instead of receiving my order (now 2 weeks old), I receive 3 separate emails, telling me that the coin sets are no longer in stock. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Exactly the same thing happened last year.How they are allowed to use the word "Royal" in their tittle should be questioned.I seriously doubt these will arrive for Christmas and given my previous experience, I suspect that this company knew that 2 weeks ago.I doesn't end there. I've finally received half of my order. However, they've sent me two identical coins which I did not order, and charged me for them!!!!I'd like to believe that this is not a scan and taking money from my account unlawfully is not an act of theft, but looking at all the reviews, I'm really not sure.Use them at your peril.

I have been retired now for almost 20 years, having served in the Royal Navy, I moved into the customer services. Working for British Rail/GNER, Sky TV, Pizza Hut/KFC and also Unilever.I think I recognise good, bad or indifferent customer service, so how do I rate Westminster Collection. It has to be 100% or perhaps a AAA rating. I had to report a missing delivery, which consisted of several items. As per usual, my communication was dealt with expeditiously and to my total satisfaction.

Do not buy unless you want to be unwillingly signed up to a subscription then belittled and talked d

Do not buy any of the introductory offers unless you are willing to be unknowingly signed up to a monthly subscription. Even then when you cancel they continue to send you letters telling you you owe money and further items you have not ordered. The subscription is not clear especially when clicking from an advert on another site. It’s clear from this companies reviews alone that a lot of people are being roped into these ‘subscriptions’ so it is clearly not easy to see and opt out of. Will never use this company again. When you call you are greeted with complete apathy , rudeness and a complete like of good customer service. Quite honestly the worst customer service agent I have ever dealt with. If someone calls already upset about something the right attitude isn’t to argue, patronise and talk over them. Asked to make a complaint this was initially refused telling me you can’t make a verbal complaint. I suggest you look up consumer law. Ended up on multiple holds because I couldn’t speak to a manager and then had to sit and wait for her to type a letter because I did not trust she would do what she was saying due to her extremely poor attitude. I have family members who regularly buy from here who won’t any longer. AVOID

I received an envelope

I received an envelope, half opened in a clear, sealed Royal mail bag, apologising for damaged.On checking & photographing the process of opening this bag, I discovered 2 coins I had ordered had gone missing. I contacted Westminster Coins who have just informed me that one of these coins is being replaced & on its way to me. I'm hoping the battery 2nd missing coin will also be replaced to add to my collection ✨️Westminster Collection has kept me posted all the way through this horrible experience, making it a little easier to bear as there is upsetting to have personal mail interfered with & go missing 😢

I've had so many lovely coins from the Westminster Collection over the years, always delivered on time and perfectly packaged. This last interaction was different. Someone had fraudulently used my account. Gallery handled the situation so well. She was kind and understanding. She dealt with the issue immediately. I couldn't be happier!
