woodies the worst possible customer care.they dont answer the phone ,17 calls no answer followed by 18 calls 3answers .they dont resolve issues they just tell you ,you have to wait we dont stock parts for our products ,they actually didnt care whether i was happy or not ,i could say more ,but just not yet as my case is still pending ,,who knows when ,,certainly not woodies

Disappointing woodies in swords

I love woodies. But today in the estuary in swords was awful. Firstly I bought a Brabantia ironing board underneath between two ironing boards it said reduced Tom€79.99. I was charged €89.99It was under the smaller one but when I trang the shop she said no it was off the bigger one. The cashier an older person. Looked as if she hated her job. No thank you. I asked if someone would take out a heavy tin of paint. She organized that. The young man did put in the paint. I gave him a tip. Saw me struggling to put ironing board into car and walked offNot what I expect from woodies

I have been shopping in wordiest for the last 15 year bought a grass strimmer today at 10 got it home charged it used it for an hour and it stopped working I took it back over there only to be told that I have to wait until tomorrow for someone to look at it to see if I done something wrong they have some cheek so please be aware when buying anything out of there

Woodies Waterford Garden Centre

Hugely impressed with the advice and help we received this weekend from Jade in Woodies Waterford Garden Centre. A horticultural student, her background, knowledge and advice was fantastic- nothing was too much trouble! Great selection of plants and great offers on ornamental trees and some shrubs. Highly recommend a visit !! Thanks to Woodies and Jade we purchased a lovely selection of trees and will back soon for more plants.

6 months later, no fitter

Ordered a replacement kitchen unit with Woodies Blanchardstown in Nov 2023. Due to leak. As of today May 2024, I have still been unable to get Woodies kitchen fitter to install. It has taken 6 months for a manager to say 'sorry we couldn't resolve your issue'.

The employee who assisted me went above and beyond to help with my bathroom renovation project.Not only did they show me the correct tools for laying pipe, but they also physically demonstrated the process. Their expertise and friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable. Plus, the subtle wink added a personal touch!I highly recommend Woodie’s Wellpark for anyone tackling DIY projects. Absolute shambles

Absolute shambles. Firstly sent incorrect replacement part for a crap Rok pressure washer. Then they organised a return by fastway couriers. Never showed up for collection 2 days running. I drove 10kms to deliver the return item to local fastwaydepot and now fastway have lost the parcel. Woodies will not refund until parcel is located. Best of luck with that policy.
