Terrible customer service in Limerick at the checkouts this afternoon. One girl at the ‘service help desk’ couldn’t have been more unhelpful. And another at the till left me standing waiting while she counted money and gave out to another worker. One gentleman on the floor was very helpful in the decorating section.
They won’t answer the phone on any line!Line 2, 3, 5 all departments ring out and no body answers ?? I’ve left it 20 mins since the last time I’ve called and I called again to only get the same no answer.. I’m trying to place an Order for a K4 Power Washer which is obviously a decent sale for any Tuesday afternoon customer.I’ll be taking my business elsewhere given the lack in customer service, when your website says your open you should be open to take a call.. just unacceptable from the likes of a Business such as Woodies
Bought an item last month online. Woodies had to arrange a collection as they didn't pack a receipt/invoice to return and now even though Fastway has picked the item up I'm still waiting for my refund. Courier never gave me anything to prove they had collected the item so I'll probably not even receive my refund. Never again.
Bought patio furniture eight weeks ago we’re putting it away for the winter realized it was rusting from the inside brought the attention to Woody’s not interested. Couldn’t get the girl to say that it was not for purpose, even though it’s outdoor patio furniture she’s saying that you have to cover it in the rain. What kind of patio floor do you have to cover in the rain? Won’t be buying Woody anymore.
The location and variety of stock in the Wexford store are convenient, but, boy, oh, boy, will it cost you! Some items are extortionately overpriced. A couple of bags of garden compost and sand will set you back nearly 100 quid at Woodie's. Make it make sense?
Visited the carrickmines store today, all staff I encountered were disinterested and some were incredibly rude. I was going to buy laminate flooring here as I recently bought a house, I won’t be buying anything from woodies after this experience- don’t recommend them- plenty of other stores with hard working staff.
