I am deeply frustrated over failure to deliver my online order and complete lack of customer service I have experienced regarding my order placed on the 7th of March. While I understand that delivery issues can occasionally arise, what has been most disappointing is the complete absence of genuine follow-through or accountability from your team.My order consisted of four items (two desks and two panels), and what started as a standard online purchase has turned into an exhausting ordeal. After countless calls and messages, I have still only received three of the four items paid for, and despite numerous assurances from multiple representatives, I am still waiting for the final item to be delivered.The repeated failures in communication and delivery have been beyond frustrating:1. The original promised delivery date was missed without any proactive update from your team.2. I was assured that my items would arrive the following working day—yet three of the four items were NOT delivered.3. When a partial delivery finally took place, even the driver acknowledged that one item was still missing but had no idea where it was.4. Multiple representatives have promised to personally oversee the matter, yet each time, nothing happens. Calls are not returned, and assurances are given without any real action.What is most disheartening is the complete lack of outreach or apology from Woodies regarding these ongoing issues. The only resolution offered so far has been a refund of my delivery charge after my second complaint. However, 22 days later, I am still left waiting for the item I paid for.This situation could have been avoided if just one of the representatives I spoke with had followed through on their promise. Whether it was ensuring the item was included in the next delivery, confirming that the depot had my complete order, or simply making the effort to call me back as promised—it is evident that there has been a repeated breakdown in customer service.At this point, I am not looking for another empty promise of a callback or a vague assurance that my item will arrive "soon." I simply want my last item delivered as soon as possible. I would greatly appreciate a concrete resolution to this matter, along with a clear commitment from your team that in future they will actually follow through on their verbal commitment to personally oversee the issue.UPDATE 3/4/25: Thank you for the gift card Woodies and for delivering my missing item yesterday. Faulty basin taps purchased in Woodies, Tramore Road Cork. I called to the store today to exchange them for working taps. The guy I met at customer service was appalling. What a job I had to exchange them for working taps. When he came back to the counter with the new replacement taps, he turned his back to me and checked the new taps and then turned and gave them to me. I then went to check the taps for myself and he said he had already checked them. I still checked them for myself. Would he have been satisfied to spend €45 for an insufficient product!!!
I bought Woodies brand magnolia washable paint and white paint in a sale. I thought paint was paint, it was a good price and Woodies is a big brand.Over the years I have made some DIY cockups but this is not of my doing!After 3 generous coats on ceiling and walls, polyfilla still showing through. TO SAY I'M DISGUSTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!
my 22 month old Hyundai 4-stroke lawnmower started flooding last month. I phoned Woodies to get a new carburetor as the needle and seat are worn ( real bad quality ). They told me they dont keep spares, to contact Hyundai. Hyundai Ireland told me they have nothing to do with garden equipment. I tracked down the Hyundai Garden agent in the UK and they also do not stock spares. I then called Woodies HQ and the CEO's secretary promised to follow up. After 2 weeks she told me the agents are bringing in a carburetor for me, but its on a boat and they cannot estimate when it will arrive. Its terribly poor service. I cannot wait for God only knows how long before i mow my lawn, so i have had to order a carburetor at huge cost from another UK company who happen to have a compatible carburetor. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM WOODIES AGAIN.

Ryan in Woodies Cavan was an absolute star today! Their outdoor garden area is temporarily closed due to refurbishment at the moment but that didn’t stop Ryan from helping me choose the perfect ornamental garden pebbles. He went out several times to advise what options were available, without any pressure to purchase. He personally got three bags of perfect stones for me, put them through the checkout and delivered to my car boot! Exceptional customer service, and very knowledgeable, kind and great guy to talk to. We need more Ryan’s in this world! Thank you.
Just traveled to woodies Dundalk. Was looking for clips to mount a mirror. Section was blocked of due to a staff member place new stock on shelf. I asked manager could I enter the section to find what I wanted. Was told I could not due to health and safety. The world stops for a few boxes on the floor. How do supermarkets cope with boxes on the floor when restocking. Was of a 30 min travel get your act together Woodies. Give a man a Hi Vis jacket and the power rush!!!!!!
