The item you delivered arrived with a damaged package, and I can clearly see the contents from the outside.After the delivery driver started banging on my door, he began banging on my neighbor’s door in 30 seconds at 9:30 am I opened the door in a panic, feeling like I was having a heart attack while rushing down the stairs.in case !door has door bell ! Also I m not sonic or not waiting behind the door to open door in 30 snYes, I opened my BBQ box, and there were no screws inside. From the look of the box, it was clear that something was not going to go right.there is bistro table but no chairs!The only positive aspect of this entire negative experience is that the customer representatives tried to help.
Hi I got a key cut today when I got home it didn't work so rang and asked to speak to manager she said yes I would get another one cut or a refund I live more than 25 mins drive from Blackpool store where I got key so I told manager it's going to cost me time and money to return to the store and wanted a voucher as compensation she told me no I wouldn't be getting anything terrible customer service
Went to the Cavan Store today & Killian was so helpful, made the shopping experience so much easier & didn't waste time debating whether to buy or not as Killian knew his stuff there was no question about that. Thank you again to Killian who made our shopping experience enjoyable
Would highly recommend it's top quality n value for your money. Great customer care and go above and beyond. Honestly including the delivery cost to sunshine coast it was so much cheaper then buying the timber with out delivery here on the sunshine coast what was gonna cost me close on 2000 dollars cost me 1600 with extra timber n including delivery to my front door. And to all those people that use woodies lumber yard pl, start giving reviews as they do deserve and also allows other people to know that they are a legit bussiness!
After the last interaction with customer services which was very bad you will my earlier review,I had to say had a very satisfying interaction this time they took back my chainsaw which had a problem under warranty no question asked and fixed the problem and had saw back within 2 weeks Customer service looks like they have improved their customers relations Well done keep up the improvement
Fantastic customer service from Woodies Tullamore. I bought Johnstones paint which turned out to be an absolute disaster. I called woodies and spoke to Simon who couldn't have been more helpful and professional. He took my problem seriously and immediately began to rectify the issue. He called me back when he said he would and offered to exchange it for another brand. I called in yesterday and spoke with two ladies, Sarah and Mary, who were absolutely amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable and exchanged it without issue. I've been a long time customer of this branch and have always found the staff excellent, I've never had reason to complain before until now and I'm extremely impressed with how I was dealt with. Thanks to all the staff in Woodies Tullamore for your outstanding customer service.
I was approached in the paint aisle of Woodies Coolock by a really nice member of staff to ask if I needed help. The staff members name was Bernadette. She gave me great advise on the type of paint I needed for my house paint project and what special offers were on. She then brought all the paint up to the cash register for me and got another member of staff to bring it out to my car. Honestly was delighted with the service I received. Bernadette was so friendly and knowledgeable. I am thrilled with the colour she helped me choose.
Tracy in Woodies Waterford is fantastic . On two occasions now she has given fantastic service to myself and my 86 year old Mam . Nothing is too much trouble and Tracy goes above and beyond to assist . As a retail manager myself I would have Tracy working for me any day as the excellent consistent customer service she offers is second to none !
Where do I begin. Your stock availability on the website is inaccurate. Went to 2 stores that showed availability of a product and when I got there, there was no stock. Ordered online on Saturday, still waiting for delivery on Friday. The item is just going to Dublin from Dublin. Meanwhile, I got documents delivered to me from the USA on Monday evening (Irish time) and they arrived in Dublin on Thursday lunch time (Irish time). Woodies can't even manage a delivery in the same county. Told the customer rep. of the issue with the stock availability on their site, days later the issue has not been resolved. It's little wonder Woodies is losing profits. They have no chance the way they operate. Also, I bought the same product from a tiny store in Cork on Wednesday night (online) and on Friday I received a courier notification that product will be delivered that day. Woodies, cop on!!
