Ordered a Wheelbarrow online and received a parasol base. A fairly big warehouse picking error, but was reassured that the wheelbarrow was being dispatched by customer services. No tracking, no ETA, no communication. Contacted customer service again and was given some excuse about the Fastway and that they would come back to me with an update. Heard nothing, and then received an email that I was being refunded.Clearly they have issues with their online system, two weeks waiting for something that never turned up?! Won't bother with Woodies online ever again.
Bought a macullagh strimmer and it wouldn't start didn't even cut 1 blade of grass brought it bac the following day with the receipt and 1 of the managers brought it in the bac pulled the filter out said it was my fault I put 2 much oil in it and refused 2 change it or refund it the rudeness frm this manager was unbelievable..
