This is the best online purchasing experience I have ever had! Not only is the product top-notch but the customer service is the most outstanding I have encountered. And I shop online A LOT!After a minor dust up with my original order, the customer service dept bent over backwards to rectify the situation. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. The hedge tool is exactly what I was looking for. I am a stubborn elderly woman and prefer to do things myself while I still can. The tool is lightweight, and I can hold it in one hand. It it easy to attach the blades and the on/off/trigger mechanics are straightforward. As an added bonus, I can operate it with either hand comfortably. I ordered the leaf blower for my husband for Christmas. There were only 2 items my husband really wanted and the leaf blower was one of them. When Christmas day came around my husband was so excited he immediately ran out to blow something, anything around. At first the blower came on and quickly went off. A few days later, I notified Wood Ranger Tools Customer Service about his experience. Wood Ranger asked me to troubleshot a couple of different ways and to try it again. Well, it still did not work. My husband was heart broken. I then communicated with Joseph and his team in customer service. Joseph and his team worked with me and kept me informed about what we could try and finally it was decided that they would send me a replacement leaf blower. We received it this past weekend after dark and my husband immediately went out side after it was opened and tried again. I'm happy to report that the blower worked perfectly. I have never had a customer service department to take the time to work with us, email with me, and keep in informed and in the end replace the item. I wish all customer service departments would take lessons from Wood Ranger! This was the best experience ever. Thank you, Wood Ranger, Joseph and the whole Customer Service Department for making everything right!
Please don't order from these folks if you want to receive your item anytime soon. We ordered many weeks before Christmas. Three weeks later, nothing! Finally, we contacted them only to find out the order had not shipped yet, was backordered, and was not a priority, as they had filled even older orders. Ruined Christmas for an elderly member of our family. We still have no idea when the item will arrive, but we know we will return when it arrives.
Zero update on my product I bought 2 1/2 weeks ago for Christmas gift. I called today, 12/24 and I am told "It will ship in 24 hours". I said REALLY, tomorrow is Christmas buddy, you really think it is shipping in the next 24 hours?" Cancelled order and now they will hold my money for another 8-10 business days. BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered 2 of these leaf blowers before Christmas. The charge posted to my credit card, but there is no confirmation of any kind, of the actual order or when I can expect them to be delivered. There is no phone number to call to ask. I am suspicious of this website, I should have done more research before ordering. I am doubtful I will ever see these leaf blowers. What a waste of $147 I paid for the 2.
I ordered what I thought was a regular size trimmer. I received an 8” mini trimmer. No where on the box does it say mini nor on our packing slip. Now I need to send it back with a bunch of specific instructions at my cost. I was offered 15% off and then 30%, and they are “very sorry”. If it was what I wanted, I would have taken the offer but it’s not. After all of this, I received a call back with an apology that he gave me the wrong return address and name of company! 🙄 In this day and age with on line ordering being so user friendly, please don’t bother with this company. Very unsatisfied. Never again!
We bought the Wood Ranger leaf blower because of all the good reviews and for my husband. He is handicapped and it's very hard for him to use a regular leaf blower. This thing is so weak he had to bend down to even blow a leaf off our deck. Supposedly it has a money back guarantee so we started the refund process. They said WE would have to pay shipping for the return and offered us a 15% refund (under $10) if we want to keep the thing. We're stuck with and and will either put it in the trash or donate it to Goodwill or something. Don't buy from this company!
Huge let down. The saw caught on fire and burned my hand. Not sever. No warning just burned all the wires and motor! All the reviews I read and all the research I did said it was #1 rated. Well I will insure you it's not #1. I will give it a 0 star rating. I only had it 3 months used it 3 times.
I purchased the 4” mini chainsaw a couple of months ago. This saw has been used very little; the first problem was the battery would not charge, then the trigger and safety switch would not work. The only way to shut the saw off was to remove the battery. They did replace the battery. When I called about the saw not shutting off unless the battery was removed, they told me the warranty was over after 30 days, then said take the saw to a local fix-it shop, they couldn’t help me. I’m getting very reluctant about shopping online these days.
