I would give 0 stars if it were an option. I signed up for one month, no where in my email did it say anything about a reoccurring fee that was 3x the amount I paid for a month. I had a random charge in my account about a month and a half later. I contacted work with shadow twice recieved no communication, I have no receipt or for this charge and no communication back. I cancelled to which I got an automated email stating it’s been cancelled however it stil says active. I contacted them about this but no reply. Do not trial them
SCAMMERS!!!!!!! Do not buy anything from this company. I bought a once off course for $17.99 and the next month I got another $59.99 taken from my card. They dont even respond when asking for a refund. I've had to cancel my credit card to stop them from taking more. Company has replied below asking for me to mail them. I have mailed you 4 times already requesting my refund and to date have not received a reply. So you obviously have no intention of doing so.
Signed up for a report worth 20 EUR. Afterwards I found myself with an active subscription. And they don't even let you manage your card details online or cancel your subscription via a My Account section. And to top all of this up, in order to cancel the subscription you have to fill out a contact form, and you can do it multiple times, which means it does not seem to work because I filled it out 2 times and my subscription is still showing up as active even though I filed for cancellation. Now I might have to CHANGE MY CARD. Steer away from these scammers!
Total scam situation. I paid for a 30 day access to the program with absolutely no clarity provided that I was signing up to anything further than this, and then found out that my card had been charged two further times for much larger amounts. I have been in email contact with a company representative who has not addressed any of my concerns with the lack of transparency in the sign-up process or the lack of provision of receipts of any kind. The company representative keeps on talking about their "refund policy" and how I don't meet criteria but absolutely no response to any of my other concerns or questions. I have not asked for a refund of my initial purchase but I am seeking a full refund of the two additional purchases which I did NOT sign up for. I never subscribed to an ongoing program, I am careful about these things and got totally tricked. I would like a full refund of the two amounts I never agreed to pay.

I cancelled my "subscription" in August after realizing they charged me for something I didn't agree to, but discovered this month that WorkWithShadow are still charging me $63.89 per month. They have not responded to my email contesting the transaction. I'm about to ask my credit card company to contest the transaction.
Complete scam! I did a 3 month trial plan on June 19th and canceled my subscription within the first THREE days. I was just charged on 9/24 for 99.99. I cannot get a hold of a human being at their company and have been forced to dispute this with my bank. They are a total scam. This company is based in Lithuania and not a US company. If I could give zero stars I would. This company steals your money.
