Hello, I am still awaiting my remaining refund of AUD $48.89. I signed up for a one-month package on 26 June. You mentioned this does not exist, but that is what I registered for at AUD $35.84. The invoice I downloaded from you (# 08b9cafc-57d2-4144-aa0d-8de8ea6862bd) clearly indicates a ONE-MONTH-PLAN without any reference to "Subscription" or recurring payments at any stage of the invoice, the purchase process, or in any communication. Following my initial payment for this one-month plan, two further unauthorized charges of AUD $97.78 were deducted from my card in the following months. I believe I am entitled to a full refund of these amounts. After numerous emails, you eventually processed two refund amounts - one for $48.89 and another for $97.78. However, I am still waiting for the refund of $48.89, which is the remaining amount you withdrew from my card without authorization. Please process this immediately. Thank you.

I am still expecting a full refund for unauthorized transactions, which I am being told I am not entitled to because the company claims it doesn’t provide one-time purchases. When I initially signed up, I received a link to a single invoice, which I can provide if needed. The invoice clearly indicates that I purchased a 1-MONTH PLAN. This should not be treated as a subscription. Charging customers on an ongoing basis after an initial purchase contradicts the nature of a ONE MONTH PLAN. A subscription implies ongoing payments. I never agreed to or received any information about entering into a subscription with recurring charges. I am very cautious when signing up for subscriptions and always ensure I understand the terms. There was no clarity regarding ongoing payments during the sign-up process, and the invoice explicitly stating a One Month Plan should invalidate any claim that I signed up for a subscription. I would like to share the invoice here, but that option isn’t available. Please process my refund as you should have done earlier.
I am still waiting for a portion of my refund after providing clear evidence that I never consented to a subscription purchase back in July. I have been emailing the company since October 16th without any response. This is absolutely poor business practice. Additionally, I did not find the app particularly useful during my time using it.
If I could rate lower, I would. Unexpected charges appear for services I never agreed to, and when I request a refund, I receive no response. Even the payment platform refuses to assist, siding with the company despite their wrongdoing. I strongly advise avoiding these scammers!

There’s no record of an agreed rate, and I don't receive any receipts via email, nor can I find any charge history when logging into my account. This service seems poorly managed overall.
