Absolute nightmare of a company, DO NOT USE! Ordered a bed from then a few weeks ago which is now rendered useless as the bed smells really badly of damp and it is stinking my whole flat out and no one wants to take responsibility for it
Wowcher are selling trips with a company called Travelodeal they say they’re a trusted and valued partner. Wowcher know due to many many complaints and reviews that Travelodeal pressure sell people into paying more than their Wowcher. They pressure people into leaving 5 star reviews ( saying it will affect the holiday voucher if not ) there are 100s of reviews about the company all over the internet, A facebook group where people share ordeals. I can only tell my story.After being made to pay 50% extra I was sent to a hotel in Athens that was dirty, unsecured had no duvets and had bedbugs. I left and stayed somewhere safe with no mould or used needles. Travelodeal complaint I didn’t tell them I was going somewhere else while I was still in the hotel with bedbugs. I’ve connected with 100+ people who have told Wowcher about all of these facts. Wowcher continue to sell their products and when you complain they bring a rep from travelordeal into the WhatsApp chat. I’m putting in multiple SARs against both companies as why would Wowcher risk their reputation with these bandits ? I’ll be honest I have used Wowcher 20 + times and never had to complain. That’s why I thought this might be a genuine offer. However now I’ve discovered how aware they are of the bad practices of travelordeal and continue to list there trips. I won’t be using them. You can get deals from other group on the net you do need to use this company that clearly couldn’t care less about putting customers in unsafe positions. Learn from my lesson just avoid Wowcher.
Don’t ever use Wowcher to book a holiday!!!!!! Order number: 50386778Their customer service is non existent!! I have used their WhatsApp, emailed them and messaged on instagram. Barely heard anything back but when I finally got hold of them, they said someone will contact me with 24hours, that passes, I then cased them again for them to keep saying someone will be in contact in 24 hours! Over the course of a week I have had 12 messages that say the same thing. Someone will be in contact in 24 hours. Now clearly they can’t tell the time, as a week is a lot more hours than 24. It’s absolutely shocking and not what I would expect. Even the company they use for the holidays are useless, The Travel Makers, they kept hanging up on me, I struggled to find out where I was even flying from, tried to make us depart and arrive to two different airports, can’t have the hotel we chose, and have conned yet more money off of us! Started to think it’s all a SCAM!I have started to process of legal action to get my case sorted. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY OR TIME ON THEM! I cannot express this enough!!!
I would rate this zero if I could. Their customer service is atrocious. I purchased a voucher and kept trying to redeem it for over a month, they do not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. Kept requesting I book in a phone call only to never receive one.
I really love Wowcher! I had so many great deals with them over the years. Even when I was totally scammed by a company over a product I bought, after a short investigation Wowcher gave me a full refund £400 The only reason I am giving Wowcher 4 * rather then 5 is because some of the companies they deal with are very, very bad companies and unfortunately Wowcher has to refund when they scam people. (PLEASE, DO NOT EVER BUY OF A COMPANY CALLED "SLEEP FACTORY") Please guys, listen to your customers and filter out those scammers on your website. They will ruin your amazing reputation
