I would have given 0 if there was an option. Ordered two phones weeks ago. Paid wowcher for both, then sent a request for £8.99 for each phones postage,Which I paid.Both phones never arrived. I contacted wowcher through WhatsApp I keep getting the same reply" we will ask seller for an update " No one ever gets back.I've given up now, my cc have refunded me.Don't trust this crap company.
This experience with my Wowcher purchase has been a bitter dissapointment. October 9th I made three transactions for packs of 60 Bluebell Bulbs £12.99 per pack. Total cost £38.97 was drawn from my Bank Account the following day. As yet I've had no delivery or refund, your system is unintuative leaving me unable to follow up through your online menu, so I tried to phone with your stated number only to met with a prerecorded message, "ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS". I request a refund in full paid into my Bank Accout, afterall you where quick to take it out!!!
Not a good review would be 0 if i could ordered a phone on 9th payed pllus vip and postage said be with me 17th not recieved no contact from seller woucher said 24hr they will get back to me 2 weeks latter no contact back did a bank refund now bank say woucher saying i spent woucher so taking money back of me no pruduct no sorry no nothing id advise any1 not to order from here as no custumer service 0 and the cheek to cancal refund saying i used voucher no really you need to use voucher to purchase from seller so they are conning people here you asked for more info 50384633 order number and you only putting ill help here bull your saying delivered no weres proff delivery? Wasnt even posted no contact going to cma and police later pure fraud.
Awful experience. Ordered 2 advent calenders. Delivery promised on or before 31 Oct 2025. No goods received. Merchant not replying. Wowcher just forwarding my emails ive sent to the merchant asking him to reply. He hasnt. Keep telling me to wait 72 hours after each complaint. Now 12th Nov. No goods. No replies. Feel totally scammed. Turns out seller is a vendor in China. Never said that anywhere or wouldn't have bought. First ordered on 09 Oct. Now 12 Nov and getting nowhere with Wowcher or The Merchant. Utter scam! 1st time buying. Never again Wowcher. Please keep your money. Do not buy deals from Wowcher. Anything goes wrong they claim they've kept their side of the deal by supplying a voucher!!! DO NOT BUY THEIR DEALS
No stars really just pure scammers. Paid for goods and they try and say you have only brought a voucher …My receipt from PayPal did not say that .No customer service only AI , PayPal sided with Wowcher and Resolver were just useless. After a month and days of trying to answer Ai’s nonsense my bank finally refunded me …. I will never shop again with Wowcher’s .
Criminal organisation!Ordered a steel storage shed for my garden, got no notification at the time that I would have to download a voucher, no email reminders that a voucher was waiting, virtually no communication whatsoever that the voucher had to be used, no deadline reminder whatsoever. Thr company made themselves difficult to contact, no obvious contact method on website and no phone communication. As soon a payment was taken they virtually disappeared. I called them a few weeks after no delivery arrived, they said that the voucher had expired and that the money would not be refunded under any circumstance. They have lost multiple customers and alot of business for life through me. I will be talking to consumer rights groups, looking at the small claims court and highlighting the vicious and calculated theft of this company on a daily basis. They will have very expensive consequences. Contact your bank and report fraud if this every happens to you, then contact the small claims court. Avoid at all cost.
Edit - Woucher this has already been raised with you and has an exhaustive WhatsApp conversation and email trail that got us absolutely nowhere with you deliberately gaslighting me and backing the merchant. You have carried out ZERO due diligence on Cloud 9yn so you are as culpable as this scam company. My review remains.Woucher is supposed to do due diligence on sellers but seems quite happy to allow and fully validate Cloud 9YN who send beds out that are appalling quality and nothing like as described. Cloud 9YN is a scam company whose CEO is now on his 9th company with Companies House with many previous ones being compulsory strike offs. Woucher backs this company and not the customer and you will not get a refund in line with the consumer protection act 2015. Woucher will just keep sending you automated stock replies on WhatsApp. Please save your money and sanity and avoid like the plague.
I bought a bed from cloud9 beds it's the worst bed ever slept on definitely not worth the money I paid let alone what the bed was advertised for . Wowcher did nothing . Now I'm contacting the ombudsman stay well clear id never buy anything for this again ever
