I have order from them and wait 2 weeks after promised date for delivery, plus on top of that l paid for express delivery.After l receive my order, decided to return it because don't need any more, was a birthday present and l been left down from them.What about NOT SATISFIED CUSTOMER, becouse it's tem responsibility to make us happy and satisfied from your customer service and be sure that we get our delivery's on time. If anything happens us this situation you have to charge your courier company wich you work with and give your customer something like such a gift or some money back from the order. ITS CALL COMPENSATION. You know better then me what you have to be done, but looks like you don't care about your CUSTOMERS.Nearly 2 months l dealing with my order, is it NOT a shame.First NOT be delivered on time, SECOND direct with you becouse you didn't make my REFUND after 10 times l prov you that they received the order back.You are so poor with customers service company. SHAME
