Wowcher have taken some money from my account ? I haven't purchased anything? I cannot get hold of an actual person or find a contact number to call an actual person. I've written a message on WhatsApp and spoken to a useless robot ? Still no joy, can anyone help or provide a contact number, they are quick to take money by mistake but not to help when you need it?
I bought vouchers for mystery grocery boxes and redeemed them on the same day. Never received the boxes (this was 19 days ago). I contacted Bargain buddy loads of time, just to be ignored! So i thought I'd try Wowcher, who told me I'd not redeemed them, then they told me to contact the merchant! Well, if only I could! I understand its down to Bargain Buddy to send the goods but they clearly have a relationship with them and are still offering the boxes! Absolutely disgusting!! This is not only me, Bargain buddy rating is 1 star, and they're damaging Wowchers reputation and they don't seem to care!Thanks to Wowcher my parcel has now arrived, I have to say it wasn't worth the wait, lesson learnt! I've updated my rating from 1 to 3 to reflect this 😀
