Be aware that their travel packages look too good to be true because they are. Paid £368 for a 4 star hotel break to Budapest early next year, but when I tried to redeem it with the merchant Travelcrew was told that the flights included in the package had a few hours stopover in Milan both ways and the hotel I was offered looked very dingy and was a very different hotel to the one advertised in the Wowcher deal. I was asked to pay £200 extra to have direct Ryanair flights which currently cost the same if booked outright directly with Ryanair and to pay £260 surcharge for a better hotel which still was nowhere near as nice as the one they lure you with. The hotel I was offered at £260 upgrade price can currently be booked directly via booking.com for £237 for my exact dates. After a lengthy argument the hotel supplement eventually went down to £60, so in total I ended up paying £630 (£368 to Wowcher and £258 directly to Travelcrew) for the package that I could have easily booked directly for £200 less. I wasted over an hour on multiple phonecalls to be finally told that I would receive my travel documents 14 days before travel and have no guarantee that anything will actually get booked. Lesson learnt, won’t be using again.
