Review Time
I ordered an item to the value of £24.99. I never received it. I contacted them through Messenger app as seems to be the most effective way even though their help is useless. I was told that I hadn't redeemed my voucher in time. I replied to say that didn't have a voucher and that I had paid for the item straight out my bank. They credited my wowcher account for £24.99. I did not want this but at least I thought that I could reorder the item which I did but this time there seems to be a £4.99 delivery charge. The item still has not arrived. I have sent numerous messages asking for a full refund to my bank account of 29.98. They keep telling me that I can not have a cash refund. But I need to have a refund to my bank as will not be dealing with wowcher ever again.Wowcher still going on about redeeming voucher. Never had one. Want a refund in bank as soon as. Not waiting any longer
I bought Cineworld tickets on 1st November. They last two weeks as that's the date period which is fine. Despite trying to redeem on numerous occasions, the voucher wouldn't work. I contacted Wowcher through their WhatsApp customer support portal to resolve. This took a week as it doesn't seem the portal is answered daily, let alone frequently. Yesterday, finally, I was sent another voucher which also doesn't work. Once again, I contacted them straight away since I'm running out of time to use the voucher. I've been told I'll be sent another voucher. Nothing yet. Really frustrating.
