What a load of rubbish!Purchased a robot vacuum cleaner from them this week. Reduced from £59.99 to £9.99. Wasn't expecting much but what I received was nothing more than a toy. I have another robot vacuum that I use for my main clean downstairs which cost me £159 and is absolutely brilliant. This is utter rubbish. It's about half the diameter of a conventional robovac and is made from cheap plastic. It genuinely looks and feels like a childs toy!!. It was my first experience with wow her and I won't be bothering with wowcher ever again. BE WARNED!!
I purchased 1 beauty boxes on wowcher, when they arrived, 1 of thr boxes were damaged as a bottle of hair oil had opened and spoilt all o er the box and other products. After contacting woucher they told me to email the company,I sis this and waited 72 hours for a reply, I then emailed them again and still no reply. I contacted Wowcher, they contacted the company and after 7 days, they asked me to return the box. I said I was not returning the box as that would cost me to do so. Wowcher then came back to me and offered me a credit which I accepted. 5 stars 🌟 to the customer service at wowcher
Be aware. This store allows sellers to sell counterfeit products. I purchased a PS4 controller, recognised by Sony as a non original one. The store has refused to provide me with the refund. I reported them to the police too. Please boycott stores like this. They deserve to fail.
Just installed Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat Pro. My expectations were low but both working fine. The download, unzip and install instructions are very specific - need to watch video and follow exactly. The acrobat pro in particular was difficult to install but customer support (from licenseplatr.co.uk) was excellent.
I looked at making a booking for a hotel as a gift for somebody and decided against it but had inadvertently made the booking. I t contacted Wowcher’s customer services for a refund and this was arranged immediately, couldn’t ask for any better service than that.
