Excellent customer services and quality of product. If I needed an extra item it was easy to arrange and delivered within a couple of days. For houses like mine where digging up the floor to insulate it wasn’t an option, this is the next best thing. Super efficient and works well with standard boilers and especially with tiled or stone flooring. Definitely noticed the price drop on the energy bills compared to the old radiators we used to have. Well worth it!

Customer service and communication has always been and remains to be some of the best. Having used Wunda professionally and personally, they're great from sales to after-sales. Their technical department really do know their products inside out, can not recommend them enough.
We required assistance from Wunda's tech support to get our hot water and heating system working. David took us through every step with care and (as was necessary) patience. We were unsure why we had gone "21st century," but so far, using the App has been a breeze..... if we can do it.... anyone can!

When it came to choosing an UFH system for our newly renovated home, I nervously surveyed the product for quality, durability, and customer service. Without hesitation, we give Wunda and their customer service team ( including David) a five-star rating. I am let down by the installer but not by the supplier or their excellent team. I highly recommend this product for the quality and their sales and technical team for their patient and caring support.
