This company is out to scam you, they've designed a system to provide two quotes for each enquiry, one - more expensive, for the installer to provide to the customer, and another cheaper quote so that the installer can make some extra money. i had a nightmare with setting up the system until i rang up and got into touch with Shareen who not only help fix my problem but also carried on to help me step by step to start up the system, not to mention this was all done after hours after the problem ran out until gone 6pm when the technical support closes, she was friendly vry well knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me.
