They are Great.

They are Great.I would recommend Xlibris for publishing experience. They appear very efficient and polite, and are good at marketing and always helpful when I asked questions.Check out my book "The Adventure of a Train Trekker", (sub-title: One Lady's Journeys on the Indian Pacific and the Ghan and Tales of Queensland Rail). It tell of the excitement, spirit and adventure of long distance train travel in Australia, with historical information of the places that I visited, including Aboriginal history.Cheers, AdrianaAuthor: Adriana CarboniAdriana was born and grew up in Sydney (in the year that won't be revealed). She joined Westpac Bank and spent a good part of her career in the banking industry. She holds a Diploma in Modern Languages (Japanese), a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Italian and Japanese and a Diploma in Library Studies and Information. She wrote this book to share her experiences gained during these travels, and did her writing during these journeys and at her home in Sydney, transporting readers to lush and untamed lands of this ancient continent, and bringing the lifestyle of warm and fascinating people to these stories. She continues to travel by long distance trains whenever time permits - and it usually does.

Definitely not a good place.

Definitely not a good place for first time publishing. Poor communication with hidden information. Very greedy. No place to complain. I don’t think any of the feedback were taken in to consider. Not a quality company as the workers always need client to remind them to reply . Easily slip answers. It was a very stressful process. End product also very poor in quality. Book was not cut and bind properly and not worth for price. They are very good at pushing clients in to agreement saying it’s a very limited time offer. I got trapped at the beginning. Then I learned their pattern. Not recommended.

Well done Xlibris

At first I did not realise how important marketing a book is. So I was not mentally prepared for that. But once I got involved I haven’t looked back. The biggest surprise of all was the beautiful book which surpassed my expectations for it’s quality and readability. Thanks to Xlibris. Charles Pallaghy

X/Libris Publishers' attributes make the firm sought after oasis for all authors

X/Libris Publishers have one first-class attribute : The Firm reacts very fast on whatever change in MS an author puts forward. This feature---obvious as it is---however transcends into even more important element of publishing business. If the Firm sees that authors corrections' suggestions----improving the production time for both, author and publisher-----may differ from the firms' protocol, they go along, saving both quite some (precious) time. This, and perfect graphic design of the final product should make X/Libris the sought after oasis for new and published authors alike

Seven-time XLIBRIS.com book author…

Seven-time XLIBRIS.com book author recommends XLIBRIS as a reliable way to publish your book.A novel-writing friend (who has also published two excellent-quality mystery genre works of fiction at my recommendation of XLIBRIS) would agree that going with XLIBRIS was an economically sound choice to put his literary works into the traditionally printed form, and obtain the ISBN (International Standard Book Number) which makes it "official". Compare and choose wisely.Kind regards,P J GAuthor of - "Teaching: Not For Dummies // Substance Abuse Awareness: A Guidebook" and other book titles

Never again

I have to say I should have learned from the first experience with this company. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt a second time. My error.Xlibris hounded me to buy a second package for my second book. Once I committed and made payments on it- then I rarely got to hear from them.I have been asking now for 2 months on the royalty information and no one will ever call me back. Now I find it ironic that they are asking/calling /emailing me to publish a third one with them!! LOL not in a million years. If they call you- RUN

Books delivered to the wrong address

I gave Xlibris a second chance and nobody knows how much I regret it. The first time they charged me and extra $120.00 for a few words that I wanted to correct. I should know better. Because I recently had heart surgery and did not feel well, I decided not to waste my time and published my second book with Xlibris. What a disaster! It took them over 3 months to do a job promised in 2 weeks. Not only that. They stated I would receive the same package as the prior one, but only wanted to send me 5 books. Well, after a long debate, my book consultant decided he would not be my consultant any more, so I placed the order. In two occasions I clearly said to him - Brad Wilhelm - that I had moved so my address was NOT the same. I sent him the new address twice - first time on August 19th and second time on August 25th. I specifically requested my books to be sent to my new address - where I lived is TOO FAR. Well... it looks like UPS delivered the books to my old address, and they are nowhere to be found. There is no signature. If Xlibris do not resolve this situation ASAP, I will have no other alternative but to contact the Better Business Bureau. This is simply unacceptable!
