I am disappointed to find that I seem to have received read-only copies of my manuscript data which I am unable to edit.I am still awaiting a reply re my second project which has come through with more errors than the original hard copy edited.Hoping from help from Emman.

Xlibris is most definately a criminal organisation - a self-serving bunch of scammers and authors should stay clear of this company. They do not pay royalties and lie and cheat everyway possible. They are all part of the same giant scamming octopus. You have been warned.
XLibris has professionally and expertly handled all aspects of the publishing of my book. They have excellent people in every department who are knowledgeable and responsive. They have just published my second book. It has been beautifully designed by X Libris.
It is a little too soon to see the actual results. The staff and departments all work well and are responsive and I have implemented all the services and am looking forward to seeing the final outcome. Marketing is the key here and time will tell if the marketing will truly get to a large audience. Hoping it turns our well.
