Review Time
My experience started with an exceptionally good sales representative who kept me in conversation for several days. He answered ALL my questions, not just the ones he wanted to answer. He shared a genuine interest in seeing me achieve my dream to be a published author. I had made inquiries of five publishing companies. Xlibris Publishing, via this capable sales representative, never lost my attention. Based upon this BREAKTHROUGH experience and my own research of the company, I chose Xlibris as my partner in getting my first book in print. My Xlibris sales representative handed me off to a remarkably astute and professional submissions representative. During the production process I had members of my immediate family strongly question my choice for publishing assistance. They were only looking out for me, I know. Some of their arguments shook my self-confidence in my choice. I put their arguments before my Xlibris sales rep -- and he took my concerns to senior management. They took my concerns seriously and responded in a professional manner and tamed my self-doubting. Today, after a wonderful production experience with Xlibris Publishing, I now have E-Book, hardcover and softcover editions of my book in-hand--and it's posted for sale on the Xlibris Publishing Online Bookstore. We anticipate a Worldwide release on or before 10/1/2021. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Xlibris Publishing at this point. I highly recommend Xlibris Publishing for a first-time author.
Xlibris offers nice products but the process is quite sloppy. There is a lack of central communication making it extremely possible for the writer of a first book to follow what is really at stake. Too many so called managers who apparently do not know from each other. The process is also very slow. Promotion materials and website (all paid for by the author six months in advance) arrive more than a month after the book went online. How can you defend yourself on the market? This is not really helping the author as was promised.
My experience with Xlibris has been good from the start. My first point of contact is Yuki Kenzo. We communicate via email and telephone and he's been very clear about everything that I need to know. Jane Cole also helped me in designing the book exterior and interior and editing process until the book is ready to published. Overall a good team work and efforts.

Amongst the many mountains they moved to reach my goal was the mere fact that they too were so excited for me to share this surprise with my son. They knew it was for his high school graduation present and they rushed and worked around the clock to make that dream of mine happen. Thank you Xlibris and for potential authors, please I hope you consider teaming up with Xlibris Publishing Company. They are reliable, they uphold their standards and help make dreams come true!
Having never self published a book before, I entered into agreement with Xlibris. They have been fantastic in every respect. There was many hoops to jump through but they were always patient with me as we worked together. Because of their thorough guidance all along the way, I am now confident I would be able to succeed in another venture with them. The result of publishing my book, 'Big Wheels Rolling On' with Xlibris is a 10+ and their customer service is 'top flight'.
