Bought the most expensive package and was told 3 months at most for the project. Now over 6 months and still not complete. Poor communication, inability to take direction. Asked for a change - it was ignored but items that weren't requested were changed almost bizarrely. Aggressive after sales

Over priced packages and books

The prices on the books are way to expensive. And now along with the price increase, it no longer makes any sense to publish with Xlibris now.

do not agree to anything being promoted by a salesperson until you check out the service offered.

Lots went wrong and still are many unresolved issues.

Dont expect a call back

Response time from the various departments is too long. Sometimes the wait time for a question to be answered is more than 7days. Very few returned phone calls . It seems like there is no sense of urgency to resolve anything.

Xlibris has taken over a year to…

Xlibris has taken over a year to complete the PR Marketing, Social Media and promotions I paid for. Also, the press release was sub par and aesthetically unappealing. They did not really write the press release. They just cut and pasted answers Igave on the questionnaire.

Working with publicist was wonderful

Working with publicist was wonderful. Great at walking me through the process and feeling comfortable about it.VERY UNHAPPY WITH JAMES IN THE ORDERING DEPARTMENT. I left 7 messages over a month and he could NOT BE BOTHERED with returning ANY of my calls. After complaining a very sweet woman finally called and I was able to go forward with my order. Just wish I could remember her name
