Great customer service

I recently ordered an A-frame and Lyra hoop for my wife as a Christmas present. X-pole shipped it out when they said they would but unfortunately Fed-ex dropped the ball and my package was lost somewhere along the way. After filing a number of claims with Fed-ex, being given the complete run around, I finally contacted x-pole about the matter. Not only did they get back to me in a timely matter, but their customer service proved to be top-notch. I spoke with the wonderful Carolina Stone and after checking my story and following up with Fed-ex, she, without hesitation, sent me another A-frame and Lyra hoop free of charge. She was gracious and professional throughout our entire call, and for the first time in my journey to reclaim my wife’s Christmas gift, I felt heard. I will certainly be using X-pole again for all of our arial needs. Highly recommended.

Amazing Experience with Carolina

Carolina made my entire week! I was worried about being able to get the wrong information on my order corrected before my items had to get returned to sender. Not only was she kind, her energy radiated through the phone giving me a positive outlook on my situation and reassuring me that she would do her best to solve it. I believe she went above and beyond to help a situation that was not XPoles fault at all. She did not make me feel bad about the mistakes and was quick to resolve my issue. Her turn around times on not only resolutions but communication was beyond my expectations. I don’t think I’ve ever had such great customer service anywhere else. Thank you Carolina and the XPole staff!

Magical success

Carolina returned my call right away. She was so friendly, it was like speaking to an old friend. She was so good that moments after we began our conversation my doorbell rang, the dogs started barking, she offered to hold while I answered the door (during this extremely busy time, she offered to hold!!!!), and on the other side of the door was FedEx with the rig and lyra that I ordered. WooHoo!!

He took his time to solve my issue I was experiencing, and he suggested many different ways to try to resolve it. Case study in doing it right

Mistakes can happen especially with the crush of Christmas and Covid. My order was processed quickly enough but the fedex tracking number never came. Come to find out there was some kind of mix up and even though it appeared to have shipped, it hadn't. I contacted Kimara and Carolina for help. They coordinated and Carolina made everything right. She personally handled the situation to get it shipped. She even made the shipping label herself and called me to apologize and ensure I was comfortable with the solution. Sometimes things don't go as planned but when you have great people working for you that treat the customer right, that's how loyalty is earned!
