Christmas X-Pole Mix Up

I received an X-Pole as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately the wrong one had been shipped. I received the correct shipment 5-6 days after reaching out to X-Pole via email. I had further questions/concerns and I had the privilege of speaking to Melissa Mares. She was the sweetest customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure of hearing from. On top of her care and consideration she assured me a promotional bonus gift. 12/10 on the customer service scale; X-Pole is an amazing company.

So helpful!

I am absolutely clueless about X stages but it’s all I’m able to have in my property. Every time I’ve reached out to X pole, they’ve offered me plenty of advice and made buying the necessary parts for it to fit in my flat absolutely foolproof. I could not rate them more highly!

Wrong item turns into best costumer service

Wow, a lot has happened with Xpole to get my order but I finally got it and I’m in love! I ordered the X-pole Lite and was accidentally mailed the Standard. I got in touch with an employee, Carolina, and she took care of everything. She was in constant contact to make sure I was taken care of. She had great customer service and I’m so happy she helped me along the way.

Carolina was amazing!

I ordered a new pole for myself on Christmas and was excited to receive it. Upon delivery, I got a small package of just a carrying case. I immediately called Xpole, left a voicemail and emailed them as well a picture of my package. Carolina called me back about an hour or so later, she was very helpful, pulled up my email to verify the issue. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Amazing Customer Service!

We bought the pole following the instruction provided online, which are super useful, but the pole came up short which meant we measure something wrong, but we were able to get in contact with Melissa Mares and she went out of her way to make sure we had the extensions we needed right away and with no cost to us! The extension came and it fit perfectly! Now the pole is used almost everyday in our apartment. Melissa was great and made the whole buying experience a huge success! Thank You!
