I moved to a new place with higher ceilings so had to get an extension. I placed an order but the account kept saying that my payment was pending, but my credit card had a payment processed already. I figured maybe it was going to say processed once they were ready to ship, but that confirmation never came. I sent an email, but didn't receive a response so I called. I know everything is hectic right now with the pandemic. So I completely understand. I received a call back the very next day and they shipped the item right away. If you experience any issues, definitely call to get a quicker response. They were super nice and fast to settle the issue.
My experience with ordering was great. I had to have my order changed and the person that helped me out was Carolina Stone. She was the best customer service person to help me out with my order. Her personality was great and her confidence to make sure that my order would be corrected were the two important things that stood out to me. Thanks for everything Carolina!

I’d ordered a gift for my wife and selected the wrong size. She immediately called me to assure she could help. I would like to thank Carolina from Xpole for the great customer service. I had to contact customer service because FedEx delivery difficulties. Long story short Carolina worked to make sure as a customer I was fully satisfied. She had the knowledge to navigate beyond the difficulties FedEx had created. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to recieve the product satisfactorily.
Initially I had an order issue because The extra AK shipping was not included on the site. Upon realizing that, I received a bill for more shipping equal to the cost of the pole. Woah! When Carolina called me regarding this, I had an excellent experience. We discussed some options and was able to get my shipping expenses down by changing the address. She was fast, responsive, and very helpful.
