We transferred our voice calls from…

We transferred our voice calls from another provider to Yay for a more flexible service and they've been great! Really helpful from first contact/queries via Junaid, through to any questions or help needed from their team which is usually Dom Baker. The transfer of systems was a little complicated but that was down to previous provider and an old system we had been using. Yay arranged the transfer of the line for us, and talked us through how to re-programme our office deskphones. We've been with them since 31st July, but so far they've been great.

Signed Up, Sent Payment, Only for Yay.com to Delete Account and Block My IP with Zero Notification.

Signed up, paid them for £8, tried the service, all good. Went to use it the next day only to discover my accounts been blocked and deleted. They even blocked my IP address so I couldn't access the website and figure out what was going on. When I called, I was told I'll be receiving a refund and given no explanation whatsoever. We'll see if that actually happens. If you're a small business, ignore Yay.com at all costs. I'd assume incompetence rather than malice though.

Ive just signed up for Yay.com and Junaid made the set up extremely easy for a somewhat technologically challenged person. We had two seperate video calls, the first where he explained the system to me and then again a few weeks later when id had a chance to explore other options and had then decided to move forward with Yay. Junaid talked me through the whole install and told me to get in touch for anything i need once i start using the system. Im extremely impressed with the one to one communication here - Junaid, you were a dream to work with. Thank you!

Fantastic Support from Dom!

I had trouble logging in to the Yay app on my new phone; it kept asking for my phone number and wouldn’t accept my email and password. There was no password reset option either, so I was completely stuck.Dom from the support team was brilliant! He quickly understood the problem and guided me through the solution step by step. He was patient, professional, and made sure everything was working before closing the case.Thanks to Dom, I can now use the app again without any issues. Excellent customer service, highly recommended!
