Yay.com has given 5 star service, helpful and patient when required.

From wanting to keep a cherished telephone number, on moving house,Yay.com has helped me through the process, thank you Junaid; then the support of Rowan to get the new handsets linked to Yay.com, nothing was too much trouble. Their support team answer the telephone quickly, and then stay on until the question has been answered, or in my case linked. Thank you Yay. Also by having voip the line is clearer so elderly relatives I can hear and they can hear me, makes communicating a joy.

Yay.com are fantastic!

Yay.com offer a fantastic service. Junaid in particular was incredibly helpful when I was asking lots of questions before signing up and has continued to be a great support since signing up. The service is great, being able to use my mobile and a desk phone. Very good quality calls and lots of features. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I was eventually satisfied

I was eventually satisfied. Initially, I was offered a 10-year domain renewal, so I accepted it, and paid. Dom Baker then wrote to say that he had refunded my payment, because a 10-year contract wasn′t allowed for my account. However, the refund did not appear on my credit card, so I telephoned - twice - to speak to Dom Baker, but he did not return the call. This was most unimpressive. However, I spoke to Junaid and then Charlie, who kindly talked me through the issue. Once I could see that the transaction had been cancelled, I did then take out a 9-year contract, with which I am satisfied.

A brilliant customer service experience from Rowan

I called the customer service desk today because I was struggling with figuring out how to use the account. I was lucky enough to be connected with Rowan who was extremely helpful and kind. He spent a lot of time patiently explaining things till I got my head round it all. A really stand out experience!
