I had a very positive experience earlier when calling Yay.com for some technical help. I needed some anssistance assigning a new name and number on one of our phone handsets in preparation of a new member of staff joining our company next week. Dom kindly offered to dial into my PC and was able to carry out the changes with minimum fuss. I have always found the staff at Yay very positive and extremely helpful.
