They sold us a parking space that didn't match the dimensions of the car, which had been previously stated. As a result, we had parking issues; we pulled into a parking lot that we couldn't park in because there were columns and beams in the ceiling that were too small for the car. It took us four hours to turn the car around to exit the parking lot, but the parking lot is so small and low, and the entrance is on a slope with a lot of overhead barriers. The car only cleared a few centimeters.And when we couldn't turn the car around in 4 hours to get out of the parking lot, neither park nor turn around, the only solution was to back out of the parking lot, given that the entrance was on a steep slope, we had to back out jerkily, but even with the very low parking height, we damaged the roof of our new car. And now they're refusing to refund our 58 euros, even though the moral and material damages are far greater. We don't recommend anyone with common sense buy a parking space there unless you want to run into problems.
My experience with Zenpark has been deeply negative and financially damaging. They delayed the delivery of the access key by an entire month, which forced me to pay the full first month for a total of 150 euros without being able to use the service at any time. I received no explanation, no solution and no compensation even though the delay was entirely their responsibility.When I left the parking space on the 2nd, I was given three days to return the key. Due to work commitments I could not send it on the afternoon of the 5th and sent it by certified mail on the 6th first thing in the morning, only a few hours after the limit. Despite this, Zenpark attempted to charge me a 50 euro penalty and they have not returned my 60 euro deposit.In total this situation has cost me 260 euros, combining a full unused month, an unjustified penalty and a withheld deposit.Severe delays, lack of support, rigid policies even when the issue starts with the company and a customer experience that leaves users completely unprotected.If you are considering using Zenpark, I strongly recommend taking all of this into account. In my case, it has been a costly and frustrating experience that I would not repeat
Parked our car in the outskirts of Paris to avoid downtown traffic madness. The garage was safe, easy to find, easy to lock and unlock with the app, there was enough room and the rates were great (15 € for three days!). Train station only 200 m away, train goes right into downtown Paris. Perfect experience!
