Highly recommended. Have ordered some stationary from different companies before but 123ink.ie deliver on time and better value for money. There is also a small bonus in the box which comes in very handy.

A delivery of ink went awry and 123ink.ie was extremely helpful in initially trying to locate it and then very rapidly replacing it when the original delivery could not be found. And the packet of sweets included in the replacement box was an unexpectedly nice gesture too. Excellent customer service by Jesica. Highly recommended.

Order online from 123ink.ie a doorbell camera and chose to collect next day but next day before i go to collect my package the send me an email that is out of stock and is back only after 3 weeks or if i want fo buy something else for that money.Of course i rang them and cancel my order and the guy he said is gonna cancel and wait for 5 working days to have your money back so my money there are blocked now and suppose to be a present.Guy has a really bad attitude on the phone he didn't apologize nothing because i think is something normal for them to cancel orders Never ever with this company was first time but rhe last time too .

Such a poor experience

Such a poor experience. I called yesterday morning to check if an ink cartridge was in stock and to see if I could order and collect it the same day. I was told it was in stock and that I’d receive a text/email confirming collection between 12–6pm.I called three times throughout the day and was repeatedly assured the order was a priority and that I’d receive a message before 6pm. No message ever arrived.I called again this morning at 9:30am and was told the order was ready and that the collections team were “just about to send a message”. The customer service agent I spoke to was polite, but when I arrived 30 minutes later I was told collections only operate between 12–6pm.I’ve used Ink.123 for years, but this will be my last time ordering. The lack of communication and consistency is extremely disappointing.
