I’ve been using 2020 since the purchase of my first car. They covered my claim in October and saved me so much hassle, Not knowing much about cars myself and it being my first car I was very stressed that I’d be off the road for a long time and be out of pocket, after contacting 2020 these concerns were put to rest. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, answered any and all questions I had with professionalism and helped me out so much. So glad my warranty company has my back and I don’t have to worry about any future issues. Honest and professional, could not recommend them any more!
Cannot recommend this warranty company enough. I don’t understand alot about cars, and this being my first car I thought getting warranty would be a good idea… 2020 was recommended to me and I’m so pleased! I’ve had 2 claims paid out, and renewed recently because of this. Both times I had fast responses, and the team were absolutely amazing. I was not confident on my first claim, but after speaking to Millie I very quickly knew I was in great hands, wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you so much 2020.
Knowing that i had to call the warranty left me with anxiety but I got a great service from the time I made the call to getting my car back on the road. The team went over and beyond ( sorted out recovery, contacted a reputable garage when my chosen repairer didn't want to do the work, sorted out payment to the garage in 15mins ).Thanks to Milly,Toby and Rohan and the rest of team for this positive experience.
Very good overall customer service. All advisors were supportive and explained the process of claiming very clearly, answering all questions where I was not sure. All calls and emails are responded to very quickly making the process of claiming quick and easy.
I am incredibly disappointed with the service provided by 2020 Warranty. Despite submitting thorough evidence and multiple independent mechanic reports, my legitimate claim for a turbocharger failure was denied on the basis of "wear and tear."The company's response to my claim was frustratingly slow and dismissive. They cited wear and tear and carbon build-up, even though my vehicle has been meticulously maintained with regular oil changes and services. They ignored the fact that my car is only seven years old and in good condition for its age. Moreover, they previously approved a claim for a vacuum pump without raising concerns about wear and tear.Even after explaining that the turbo issue was diagnosed as a mechanical fault exacerbated by a well-known defect in my car's engine, they refused to reconsider. Their reliance on technicalities in their terms and conditions to avoid paying out is appalling and shows a lack of integrity.I would strongly advise against purchasing a warranty from this company. Their lack of accountability and refusal to honor valid claims renders their coverage effectively useless. Save your money and look elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-focused warranty provider.
