Do not and I repeat, do not , take a warranty out with this company. Absolutely shocking. Had an issue with my car about 8 weeks from having bought it, the coolant inlet failed. Called in, paid in full nearly £400.00 and they said it wasn't covered. Now I'm locked into a warranty for a year that's absolutely useless. And out of pocket nearly a thousand pounds for a warranty that's useless. Piece of mind they said.... piece of rubbish more like....this fills me with confidence for the rest of the year....yeah right! Thanks for scamming me out of £1000.00 thanks for nothing. I will be writing to the ombudsman this afternoon.PS I was told on the call I had 6 weeks... not 4 weeks? So please do, also it would be helpful to send a pack out before the cooling off period ends, so customers can look at the warranty and your rules and regulations before committing to 12 months. Now I'm stuck in a 12 month warranty that is completely useless and I feel I've been scammed? Instead of blaming the customer, try working with the customers, as we do. The customer is always right. Not wrong? Now I don't feel confident in my new car if something else goes wrong because I'm sure you'll find something else to refuse the warranty. Btw I spoke to Scott today in complaints at jigsaw, he was very understanding and thought the same as me. And he will be looking at it personally. Btw you shouldn't take a bad review personally, you should take it as an opportunity to improve your business.
I have had a terrible experience with 2020 Warranty. I called on 18th July 2025 to cancel my warranty and was reassured over the phone that it would be done. I followed up later in July to confirm and asked for written proof, but I am still being billed.Despite explaining that I am going through serious health issues, including a high-risk pregnancy after a miscarriage, they have continued to bill me and have even affected my credit file. I no longer have the vehicle since March 2025, yet the policy remains active.Every time I think the matter is resolved, there’s another issue, which has caused me great stress and worsened my health. This whole process has been exhausting, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Terrible business to deal with!!!! Was given this guarantee from the garage where I had bought my wife’s vehicle from and needed to make a claim because of an issue which happened a few weeks after purchased the car. A coil spring snapped suddenly when my wife was driving down the motorway so I Checked the leaflet we were given which had coil spring as covered but after following there procedures the claim was rejected due to wear and tear??? Why am I not surprised that this would happen. I asked the man on the phone how they had got to this decision, they told me it rusted but the pictures I sent over in the email did not show any rust or problem with the metal. I asked for another reason why a coil spring would fail and they could not give me a straight answer. Why else would a coil spring fail 2020 Warranty????Nothing but a scam and a waste of time. Will never recommend this terrible company.
I had an issue with my gear linkage two weeks after purchase. 2020 Warranty responded quickly, contacted my mechanic directly, and approved the claim the same day. The team followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. Outstanding customer care and a stress-free experience. I’ll definitely renew my warranty with them.
Excellent service ! Purchased an older first car for my daughter along will 12 month warranty (Gold cover). Unfortunately a week later we could hear a rattle . Customer service was very helpful. Clearly explained what we need to do with a follow up help guide email Diagnostic done and estimate generated. 2020 warranty were happy to liaise directly with the repair garage keeping us in the loop and decision made the same day. Car was back on the road 2 days later and payment in my bank within a week .. couldn't of asked for a better service
They refuse to cover a repair that falls within the cover I got under the gold tier. Won't be trusting this company for a warranty ever again.Replying to 20 20 Warranty:How could I follow your procedure when there is no garage that wants to work with you on the first place?I want to remind you as well I have not stopped being polite towards any of your employees at any stage. You still haven't answered my question, what percentage of claims do you approve?
