Ordered a ring door bell and cameras on 13th May, no tracking information provided. No update after chasing this via email twice. Rubbish service. EDIT: this has now been resolved after a call from Justin and prompt delivery. Advised issue with emailing system.

Received an email from Yodel that the item was being sent back to the shipper, without attempting delivery.Have not received any information or update from Activate even though they have taken the money.Very disappointed as bought this through Halifax reward.
This service is absolutely fantastic.Ordered a ring doorbell to my office address but forgot I would be away.I also used an email address I didnt have access to so I couldn’t check for updates. Reached out with the few details I had, Justin immediately located my order, provided me with an informative update and refunded me straight away.I was so impressed I’ve since reordered and received my product on time
Delivered on-time and exactly as requestedUnfortunately I wasn't in to receive the order (Panasonic DentaCare Series 300 Oral Irrigator) so the order was delivered to my local UPS office for safe keeping (within 1 mile). I was able to track the order and pick it up at my convenience. Customer service was fantastic in reassuring me that the order was still at UPS and still had the opportunity to pick it up or alternatively receive a refund.
Order a product through a reward program from Vodafone. Didn’t receive anything, they said it was delivery to a “Mary”, them back and forward with emails, I honestly still wanted to product, they gave me a refund, I guess it’s better than nothing BUT what a complete waste of time. Awful! Really poor customer service on the complaint approach also.
