Total farce! They DO NOT answer the phone at any time!!!Faulty shark rob 2 in 1 hoover after 1 month! Shark not interested and these guys just don't answer the phone!Avoid Activate on Demand and Shark!Now the hoover has been returned with proof of receipt and they now need to "make sure they have it before refunding!"This is honestly a complete nightmare. Do not buy from this company
Brilliant service received my Airfryer with in days.I thought this is scam ,however I wrote immediately to them and received prompt response.Very good customer service.I would recommend them and I paid £100 less for my Airfryer compared with other retailers.
I ordered on a Tuesday and received my beloved ninja the next day with free delivery as well. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced. Lovely people and very articulate.I would buy from this company again and again. Thank you very much because I'm one very happy customer.
Nightmare service! The whole refund system is terrible. I have been waiting for my refund to process for over 3 weeks. Most of that was just to get a refund returns label. Now, since over a week ago the items have been returned, I am still waiting for the refund to be processed. Communication is awful, it was agreed that I was able to keep a Ring chime, and return the other items for a refund. Latests communication stated everything needed to be returned to be processed. All email correspondence kept for further escalation. I would not recommend using this company if you think you may end up returning things.
Looking through the reviews I was a bit apprehensive about ordering but I had nothing to worry about! It was a very quick and smooth process! I ordered a Ring doorbell through Blue Light yesterday and received the item today. All in all very happy with the service I received.
