I've ordered ring doorbell 30th September through blue light card. Waited for two weeks didn't receive any update. I've emailed the customer service and said my order is in back order and one of my items was not available. I've cancelled it and they said I will get my refund. I've emailed again and they said just waiting confirmation from the team that my order is cancelled. I'm still waiting for my refund the process is taking too long. Will not order again in this website feels like it's a scam. It never happen to me before. Everything is so slow.Update: They processed my refund after I post here. I've received it today. Thank you
I purchased a doorbell, chime, and two cameras. Although the delivery was delayed, the customer service communication was excellent, which gave me confidence to purchase another doorbell and chime—I felt I was in good hands.The main issue I experienced, however, was with the UPS delivery. Since I work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., I am not at home to receive parcels. I requested through AOD customer service that the delivery be redirected to the nearest UPS Access Point, but the courier still attempted delivery to my home address.Overall, my concern lies with the communication between AOD and the delivery company, as this caused unnecessary inconvenience despite the otherwise positive service experience.
I first ordered a ring doorbell system on 10th August, and had an email saying my order has been received and a follow up email would follow with order and tracking number. 12th august the money left my account. Mid August I had no doorbell and no further communication. I made numerous phone calls, left messages. Still no communication, so sent and email believing I had been scammed. I had an almost immediate reply, and numerous follow up emails, and my order arrived mid September. I can't fault customer service at all, once I had sent the email. They have been brilliant. 4 stars due to the hassle
As part of TV purchase from Panasonic there was a promotion offer of £100:00 Aactivate On Demand ticket ref 26059 claim ref 294834 despite writing to the company several times (they always say that they will get back 24/48 hrs but never do) no payment has been made. Update today Sep 2nd. I have now been told that as well as a 30 coooling of period (now passed, there two further 30 day periods, one for approval, and the other for delivery.I still hold out hope!Latest news - yes i have now received my voucher, thank you.best wishes againBrian
1* isn’t even worth it. Ordered a ring door bell through blue light card, never got delivered and then said was going back to them. Have not received a refund or had any communication. When I tried to get in touch with them I was not able to get in contact, when emailed said email was incorrect, phoned them always said no one available. Absolutely appalling service. Ref 295493
