My reason for cancelling this order had nothing to do with the product or company. Panasonic has always been a name to relay on. My cancellation was dealt with quickly and in a very professional and understanding way. Thank you
The company shipped my item but the r shipping company UPS lost it somehow. Due to this and the number of emails I had to place to the company and UPS I am giving 4 instead of 5. However, my money was refunded and I did receive good help from Active on Demand. The company respond to their emails quite promptly which not all companies do.
I ordered a breadmaker via my banking app promotions at the end of October 2024, unfortunately the item turned up damaged. The damaged item finally got collected in January 2025 and the refund processed at the beginning of February 2025.So after about 16 emails with me chasing them numerous times and 3 a month wait it was finally all sorted, why it took so long to get this sorted I have no idea.
I recently purchased Kuzo II F2-S Smart watch from Activate on Demand, and I am beyond disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service.The product failed to meet the durability standards described, becoming unsuitable for my needs within opening the product. It feels very cheap and not worth 20 pounds. Despite their 14-day money-back guarantee, my return request was refused, even though I complied with all the conditions.The customer service is abysmal. The response time if they do decide to come back to you after a long period of time is shocking, none of whom provided any meaningful assistance. Their refusal to honor their own return policy is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for their customers.I strongly advise against purchasing from Activate on Demand .Their products are beyond subpar, and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.***UPDATE***Justin rang me we discussed the complaint, and thank you for looking into and resolving the issue with my Kuzo II F2-S Smartwatch. I appreciate the effort taken to address my concern.However, I would like to provide some feedback on the customer service experience. The response time and the initial handling of my return request were not up to the standard I expected. Do not purchase with this company. I purchased a doorbell, they cancelled the order after three weeks and refuse to give a refund saying I have to contact my bank even though they cancelled the order since they had no item left in stock. They also claim that they had emailed me yet there is not a single email from them on my inbox or spam or junk folder. I’ve never had issues ever buying online and I always buy online so I can imagine this is a common issue for other buyers from this company.
I bought a hairdryer for my 12 year old daughter for Christmas. When she went to use it, we realised how hard it was to remove the hairdryer nozzles. The hairdryer also didn’t have much power. After contacting the company, they said I can’t return the hairdryer as it’s not in pristine condition. All we’ve done is remove it from the box so it couldn’t be in more pristine condition! It’s just a cop out as they clearly have set their policy to take the consumers money and offer NO after service. Would never buy from them again. I bought via Vodafone rewards as well so I can’t believe that Vodafone support a company like this.•• UPDATE ** Justin from Activate On Demand called me. A completely different experience I received from him. Work absolutely needs to be done with their customer support team, which he recognises and will be looking to change. I’ve been given a full refund for my item as he agreed it sounds faulty. Not an outcome I expected from my initial conversations with the company but one that I’m very pleased with. Thanks Justin! Changed from a one star review to a 4, simply because of Justin’s support.
To be honest, I wasnt expecting to write a 5 star review at the beginning of my contact with Activate on Demand as I was chasing information regarding delivery of a purchase. It was definitely third time lucky as the first couple of responses were very slow to come and vague in their content. Then Justin Christie was recommended to me and when I emailed him, wow, what a difference! I received a same day apology for the delay in receipt of the product, information regarding the delivery of it including timing for their receipt and subsequent despatch to me and confirmation that it would definitely be received before Christmas. Justin followed up on things to make sure I'd received notification of despatch and then to check up on the delivery. He was an absolute star. I couldn't fault him at all and am so grateful to him for sorting it all out and restoring my faith in the company. Thank you Justin for your fantastic customer service. You are a credit to the company and I hope they appreciate you!
