This guys are so wonderful to be honest cos I bought a JBL charge 6 speakers from them on the 24th of June 2025 and it was delivered to me on the 25th of June which was the next day swiftly and the product is so genuine and authentic.In fact I became skeptical based on the reviews I saw, to be honest if I saw the reviews before placing my order I wouldn’t have proceeded but when I got mails from DHL courier services regarding my delivery I couldn’t wait to receive it and on getting my speakers it’s worth everything😊😊😊😊I honestly give these guys a 100%You guys are amazing and I won’t hesitate to buy more stuffs and recommend you to whosoever.Thanks guys 🙏🙏🙏
Ordered ninja - arrived quickly. Got in touch with active on demand after 4 weeks as still not received cash back. They were quick to respond explaining it had been released by them.Contacted them after another 4 weeks had passed - responded with in hours telling me what date they had paid money into bank. The service I received was excellent, emails replies on same day. The late payment of cash back was the fault of my bank and not active on demand - would highly recommend this firm if purchase - many thanks.
What an amazing experience! I asked them cheekily if I could have my speaker sent next day as I'm off to Scotland for my birthday, I offered to pay and they emailed me the following day with the postage proof and wishing me a lovely time and no payment required! Such a warm and comforting experience.
I’m trying to return a Veho speaker and they keep trying to scam me.they asked me to sign a doc that states:“Activate OnDemand (AOD) Ltd. Customer Faulty Goods DeclarationPlease fill out the section below with your name and order number.In signing this document, I confirm that the item(s) being returned are faulty and were so onarrival in accordance with the Activate OnDemand returns policy (attached).I understand that faulty items will be checked on arrival at Activate OnDemand’s 3rd partydistribution centre and if the item is not faulty and/or return conditions are not met, Iunderstand that I will be ineligible for a refund and the item will be disposed of.”I never even mentioned that the item is faulty, but they will dispose it if is not and i don’t get a refund.then the worst of the worst (email from them) :“We kindly wish to inform you that we can only accept returns for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and with all security seals intact.To proceed with your return request, may we please ask you to confirm whether the item is unopened and that the warranty seals remain unbroken?”how TF could i be happy/unhappy with a product if i’m not allowed to open it!And in their return details:“RETURNSOur policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.“there is no mention about warranty seals.But when i received the item it had already 2 seals (one on top of the other) and the bottom of the box was damaged by the previous owner.I already have 5 days since i’m trying to return this item.to get a reply to my latest email i have to wait another 24-48hours: and who knows what other silly ways to delay or scam they will come up with.it will be at least 6-7 days just to have it approved to send to item back.FCK knows how long will it take to get my money back!!!
Activate OnDemand got back to me straight away about the issue, all the way through They were concerned for me and their staff were magic and on the ball, I have never dealt with a business as concerned and customer caring as they were, thanks
Update - Thanks for responding. The product has been returned and I am just waiting on the money to credit in my account .I do think your customer service could be improved by providing a phone number .Original post - I’m looking for a refund . I opened 1 of the box to check fittings and now they say i can’t get one as seal broken . I have sent numerous emails explaining the reason for return and getting no where. The returns policy said it will bin the whole product if 1 seal broken which seems crazy !
Ordered a Ninja Airfryer via the Lloyds banking app link, and a week later am still waiting for my order to arrive. Have had to chase numerous times for tracking, only to be told my product appears to be lost in transit by Yodel. Takes a long time for them to respond to your emails instead of someone just handling it then and there. Am now being asked if they should rearrange for my product to be sent to me?? Which would be quite obvious as I’ve paid for it. Not sure what I am going to get in what state and when it will eventually arrive.
