I ordered a shirt and when it arrived I realised it was too small for me. So emailed to ask for a return and to swap the shirt for a bigger one. First thing the next morning there was an email waiting for me, with a solution to get the situation resolved. Very pleased with the quick response and the outcome. To start with, there was so many to choose from so I picked something just above the middle range. I was kept informed of its transport from A to Z without being bombarded by too many adds. Delivery guy was particularly cheerful, we had a brief chat about all things good. I shall definitely return to this site when in need of something new. Thankyou to all involved.
