Review Time
I bought two hats with these guys. After 5 days I had no tracking updates so messaged them, they replied saying both were shipped and that there is sometimes a lag on tracking. A week later they messaged me saying sorry one of the colours I ordered was out of stock so change colour or cancel. I replied saying no worries this is going to be too late anyway so just cancel both. They then said one had already been dispatched although still no tracking available and honestly when you think about it logically why would you send two items separately. 10 days later still no items received. Honestly this seems like a SCAM. Really disappointed don’t waste your time and money on this just go to a reputable sales person.
The transaction went very well. Communication was good and my new trousers arrived almost bang on 2 weeks later. I am wearing the trousers as I reply to you now ! Medium is a little tight on my 32 waist but this is encouraging me to lose a little bit of weight which I personally don't mind. I am extremely happy with the product and love the individual design and thought that has gone into these trousers. Many thanks and congratulation to your team at active peaks .
Very poor quality trousers. Made in China with poor stitching and no insulation as described. Return to China charged at £9.95 with weeks before refund or replacement. 20% discount offered for Temu quality clothing that was late and not fit for purpose.Scam company.
