Good website. Good product. Ordered cold weather sleeping bag for grandson 29/10/2025. Described as insulated down. In fact the filling is hollow fibre. So entirely synthetic.( the rest is polyester and polyspongee!) Slight disappointment that it is produced in China.Arrived 10/11/2025 so delivery time ok.
We ordered a new waterproof jacket and it arrived in good time but the sizing was slightly out, it's never easy to judge these things. Anyway more than happy to return item and get a new bigger size. To save on mileage of product they let us keep original size plus a little extra fee to get replacement. This was more than helpful and I was very impressed by the way the company approach returns. The quality of product and service will make me order from here in the future.
Placed order for 4 pairs of walking trousers, but as so as I ordered them I found out this wasn't a UK company. I cancelled the order within 12min (t&c's says 2 hours to cancel) I have since received multiple emails. First email saying I can't cancel due to more than 2 hours after order (gave evidence to show only 12min). Second email now saying items have already been shipped so can't cancel.Can't wait for the next round of emails!!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID.
I detest deceptive companies like this that falsely imply they are UK/EU based with a .co.uk domain and an Amsterdam address in their About, when in fact the truth comes out when you try to return goods and they tell you that can only be refunded if you send the items back to China at your own cost! Do not be fooled, this company is charging premium pricing for a Chinese drop-shipping experience that takes weeks to deliver from China, and their returns policy deliberately doesn’t mention returns have to be sent back to China at your cost, avoid like the plague!
