Very pleased with good looking, well made walking shoes. but disappointed with delivery time. The courier was apologetic & polite, not his fault. Very Impressed with emails showing tracking info.

The delivery time was over 4 weeks

The delivery time was over 4 weeks. I ordered hiking shorts for a holiday - nothing arrived on time. On return from holiday the product was very different to what I had expected - cheap material and poor fit. In order to return the shorts I was expected to cover the shipping costs to Asia - I decided to cut my losses an accept a 20% discount. Will give the shorts to charity. I will never use the company again.

Ordered a rain jacket large arrived…

Ordered a rain jacket large arrived within allocated time but jacket was too small not company error said large on invoice and large on jacket send email and was informed they would send out extra large size which arrived on allocated time but I asked about returning other jacket was informed keep it at no extra charge for have now the extra large jacket and im very pleased with it and pleased with customer service from this company I would buy again thank you

The order took a long time to arrive

The order took a long time to arrive. The coat fits fabulously as do the shoes, but i feel that the shoes could have had better arch support .Both seem to be of good quality

I’d say three to four stars

I’d say three to four stars. The ordering was easy. But … it took a long time to arrive. When we received it the article was just what was wanted but … it didn’t fit. We ordered a XXL which is what we would normally buy but it was too small. We think we need 4XL. I emailed Active Peaks and have had a couple of responses. Suggestion was to order again ,and not return the gilet ,for €7.50 which is what I am hoping to do, . Nothing confirmed yet but communication from Freya has been great.
