If there was a ZERO option on the star rating that is what it would be - THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM ACTIVE PEAKS - As per the last poor review this company address is based in the Netherlands however strongly suspect they are based in ASIA - Item was not as described and there is - NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS - they will not allow you to return items or give a refund - Strongly advise against using this company.
Great product. Good customer service in both my sizing enquiry and when I hadnt received delivery.Terrible delivery partners - 3 weeks to receive order, unresponsive when I contacted them to find where my parcel had gone. Appreciate you cannot control their behaviour but your choice of delivery company. I have reordered as I like the product so will see how long this one takes.
Ordered 2 pairs of shorts for £71. 10 days later shorts arrived. I am a 34" waist, sizing chart on ActivePeaks website says I am a 'medium' size then. The shorts did not come close to fitting!Tried to return but company refused to accept them offering a replacement for an additional £9.95 per pair of shorts. When I said I just want to return the useless shorts and exchange them for two pairs that fit they said fine we can do that for no charge but ONLY REPLACE ONE PAIR. So I gave paid for two pairs of shorts but am only getting one pair. AVOID THIS RIP OFF COMPANY.Customer service was fast and polite but these people are criminals IMHOLooking to contact my MP and payment company for resolution.The above does not sound legal in the UK.
The company pretends to be an English company but ships from Asia. The received goods were very poor quality. There is no proper refund procedure if you receive the wrong size or colour or, as in my case, poor quality items. Well, the walking shoes were for my daughters birthday. They didn't arrive until the 02/10/2025, so nearly 12 days later which missed her birthday. But apart from slow delivery compared with other shops she is really pleased with the shoes. Loved the colour....white, comfortable which is all you could ask for. Would certainly use your company again but just try and improve delivery times particularly with Christmas approaching. Thank You.
