Very efficient on email when asking about size. Once answered, the order was dealt with immediately. It took just 2 weeks to arrive in UK.Love the trousers but they're thinner than expected. Still too big around the waist for me but I am a bean pole! Would love it to be slightly longer in the leg.
The order took weeks to arrive.One of the shirts I ordered was the correct size, the other two sizes too small. I went through a very protracted communication with Freya who told me that to return the shirt, I would have to pay for the postage back to the far east and a credit would not be given until it was received. Freya made several unacceptable offers to me and was polite but completely unhelpful. It was extremely frustrating. I eventually agreed to keep the unwearable shirt and order another for 50% discount. Again, this took ages to arrive and when it did, it was two sizes too small again. I wrote and said either refund me fully or supply the correct sized shirt. The response was that I had ordered the wrong sized replacement shirt, but this was just another tactic. We have agreed that I will keep the shirt (not usable so for charity) and I will receive a 50% credit. Let’s see.I will never use this awful, incompetent and dishonest company again.
Active peaks offered excellent customer service when I was returning an item, they answered quickly and effectively and made the process very smooth, would highly recommend this company to friends and family and will definitely be using them for future purchases
