The original garment was too small and…

The original garment was too small and I requested an exchange. Instead I was offered a full replacement for the cost of postage and allowed to keep the original. This goes a ove the norm of any returns policy I have encountered. I look forward to the same service from the garment itself.

DO NOT USE THEM. They are a fake Chinese company. The clothes are low quality, they don’t match the colour or description, the sizes done even nearly fit. THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY AND DONT REFUND AND YOU CANT SEND THE KIT BACK. BEWARE

Avoid !

Avoid !Company gives the impression of being UK based ( .co.uk website , free shipping to uk ) with a weird link to Netherlands which now turns out to be Asia .Garment , when eventually arrived ( about 3 weeks ) was of laughable poor quality , it was literally worthless. The arms were approx 10-15 cm too short.Active peaks offered a larger size , then a partial refund ( 20%) and then discouragement, bordering on threat if I persist with perusing full refund.Had I paid £5.00 for this £50.00 fleece, I would have considered myself ripped off. It really was that shoddy , it might make a useful bit if bedding for the dog or to amuse friends and family when I try it on Strongly advise you avoid !
