Excellent customer service. Prompt attention to email even on Friday after Thanksgiving! Requested a price adjustment via email with order #, received a same day response reminding me that adjustment would make product final sale (which is appreciated that it wasn’t assumed I would know) and when I answered in the affirmative the refund was issued same day.
The quality of products needs no introduction, shipping is super fast, and when I had once a problem with one item shipped, customer support was truly supportive, gave me options and stuck to it until it was solved. It's always when things don't work as they should that people reveal themselves. They had my back. Highly recommended.
I had some quality issues with 2 pairs of pants. AG CS was on top of it and resolved the issues within 24 hours. That is the standard all companies should be held to. They kept a customer for a long time because of the way they handled the situation.
Absolutely disgusted! I ordered Jeans from this company, unbeknown to me they were sent from Italy. I returned them as they weren't right. I had forgotten about it until I just got a debt collector chasing me for import duties and taxes for £91! I have explained they were retuned but they weren't interested. I went back to AG Jeans and they said, and I quote....."Dear Customer,at the time you placed your order, it was clearly stated on our website that UK customs duties were to be paid by the customer.The return has been closed, and we are unable to issue any further refunds.In the meantime, our policy has been updated to help prevent such situations in the future.We’re sorry, but we are no longer able to intervene in this matter.Kind regards,"What a joke, £91 bill for Jeans I never even kept and the company are not interested in sorting it, but they have decided to change their policies, just not for this case. Disgraceful company!Do not buy Jeans from them! I will be posting this review everywhere I can find!
Purchased Prima jeans through MyTheresa who I have no absolutely issue with. AG Jeans, however, what is going on with your sizing these days? I have worn your jeans for over 15 years in all styles at 27" waist and I am still wearing that same size. I tried the new pair on two days ago which were the same model / same size and yet they fit like they were made for a child. The Prima, at the outset and for many years at least, was made for grown women not stick insects. So very disappointing AG.
The customer service department was so quick to respond to my email. I placed an ordered and by mistake shipped my order to the wrong address, I sent them a note and they immediately responded and corrected my mistake. Thank you so much the excellent customer service.
