I love AG jeans

Read the terms about delivery. I have just had a letter from a debt recovery company stating I did not pay my tax and duties of £91 on a pair of jeans I returned. The company wanted nothing to do with me and refused to pay their costs stating they had updated their policy now to reflect this. Absolutely discusting. Avoid like theplague as not that good quality either hence return.

Stinky Jeans

Bought two pairs of jeans from the outlet. One arrived smelling strongly of urine, so as a precaution I put them both in the washer. The fit was inaccurate from the sizing chart provided on the website, but since they were elastic waisted, with no belt loops, I could not cinch them up.I sent an email to Adriano Goldschmied support requesting a size exchange, but since I had removed the tags to wash the pants my request was denied.You’ve gotta hand it to them for making the process of dealing with contaminated jeans thoroughly obtuse. Also, for final sale, pray that the provided size chart is accurate.Proceed with caution with these guys.

Outstanding Customer Service

Carrier delivered my order to the wrong address and when I reached out to AG Jeans they were very, very helpful. They got right on it and contacted the carrier then sent a replacement order the next day. I was worried about losing $ and time since my husband bought the pants for a trip next week. So grateful for their amazing customer service!
