Ordered a pair of pull on jeans for full price. I sized up but they were still way too tight so I exchanged them for a larger size. Meanwhile, before I received the new pair, the jeans went on sale for a significantly lower price. I wrote to Customer Support and they immediately honored the sale price and refunded me the difference. I expect to like the jeans in the larger size.
I’ve been a fan of AG jeans for years. I recently ordered a pair and didn’t realize I had listed the wrong delivery address until after I submitted the order. I contacted customer service via email and they corrected the shipping address immediately. Thank you AG!
If I could give 100 stars I would… We are so delighted with this purchase, we received the shirts earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise… The fabric is super soft and just amazing… They are such a perfect fit for my son, he’s a farmer and needs to move and stretch and not worry about whether or not his clothing is going to give or bind… he has work to do!! And I don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service, which I really appreciate!!! If there’s one thing I cannot stand, It’s a company that has lousy customer service but this company here is one of the BEST I’ve haVE dealt with in a very, very, very long time, they always got back to me pretty darn quick… I highly recommend this company, their staff, and their clothing line. You will not be disappointed.
I am writing to express my significant disappointment with a recent order. I've been a long-time customer and have noticed a decline in the quality of your clothing. I recently ordered two pairs of shorts via your catalog, which unfortunately did not fit well. I returned these unworn items, and tracking shows they were delivered to your facility on May 27th.Despite this, I have yet to receive my refund. I have attempted to contact your customer service at the provided number, but have been unable to reach anyone. I would like to know when I can expect my refund to be processed?
AG Jean Co. has shortened their low rise angel jeans and do not offer longs. It is so frustrating and I will never shop with them again. I was a devoted customer for years and then they altered length with no other options. They are far from dependable and far from reliable.
