Review Time
Bought 2 pairs of pants on black Friday sale. The company cancelled one pair with no communication as to why a day later, just saw a partial refund come through. A few weeks went by and I contacted CS a couple times and it seemed like a bot responded with a canned reply saying no status on the order was available and an escalation would occur. I never received the pair that was not cancelled not any communication, so had to dispute the charge with my credit card provider. That action got AG Jeans to cancel the order. If they don’t spend some money to get competent customer service they will continue to lose customers like me who won’t come back.
This is my letter I sent to them 3 times so far, with NO RESPONSE:What is wrong with your website?It shouldn’t take my money if the item is not available!!!It should say out of stock!!This has been a frustrating two weeksWith me trying to order jeans, saying that they were available.. then a week later telling me they are not available..But still you took my money! This happened 2 different times !!You really need to fix your website if things are not available we shouldn’t have to pay for them and wait for them and then be told many many days later!!OHNot available!!Really HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is the worst online ordering I’ve ever experienced!Please pass this message onto a manager. I would like a response rather than a generated generic response.!!!Completely frustrated and disappointed in AG!!!
I bought a slouchy style but after only a couple of hours wear, it stretched around 2 sizes, the knees became bulging and the fit now looks awful and frumpy. After a wash (cold as stated in the label!) the raw hem completely dissolved as if I had cut the jeans myself! Customer service doesn’t care one bit, so money wasted on unwearable jeans. Also noting that I originally ordered two different sizes to compare and when I sent back one, the charges were £30! Nowhere on the UK site does it say that they ship from the US and how high return fees are. Avoid at all costs. I wish I had read reviews on here before buying but trusted the brand name as I bought AG jeans from other retailers before.
ZERO STARS! DO NOT BUY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. Never received my order and they refuse to refund me or replace the product. This company is deplorable for how they treat their customers. Nothing worse than corporate greed off the backs of customers. I'll never make the mistake of buying from AG Jeans again.
Would give no stars if I could. Bought a pair against my better judgement. I wore them once, washed and then wore again. Within one hour of getting dressed I sat in a chair and they split from the top of the pocket to under the butt. A 7” rip in brand new jeans. Ridiculous, but specially when you consider the cost. I contacted customer service but since I purchased in Canada I’m pretty much SOL. I will be taking them back to the point of purchase but the retailer should not have the hassle of dealing with such an inferior product. I have purchased many other brands of jeans in this price range with zero issues. Stay away! You would do much better with cheap pair of old navy jeans.
Terrible customer service! Love the jeans but they refuse to speak on the phone when there is an issue. They also continue to send the same message referring to the return policy when they did not address what the issue was in the first place. They do not seem to care.
I’ve had a few pairs of the colored jeans and while they fit great, the quality is terrible. In two pairs, holes formed where the pockets attach on the butt. If it’s not within 8 months, too bad. I’ve never had any piece of clothing wear out like this. Will never spend money on them again. Plenty of other options and they will be gone soon enough with their horrible policies.
I bought a pair of ex boyfriend jeans in the new "360 circular" denim. Upon arrival the jeans fit perfectly and the denim felt great. But they quickly stretched out a lot in the hips and thighs after just a couple of wears. I contacted AG: their policy is that they won't consider any jeans that have been worn for any claims of any performance issues or defects. I have had many pairs of AG jeans over the years and never had any issues, until now. And now I know how really risky it is to buy from them. You get much better customer service just buying on eBay!
